    Dunno if it’s already been fixed, but I had to change the file’s extension to pdf; apparently it’s a pdf which has a rar extension by mistake.

    Use Winrar to extract .rar files

    I know dude, but this one was a pdf mistakenly renamed as rar. I changed the extension to pdf and opened it directly with foxit.
